King Louis XIII reviews

Not the biggest fan of indicas due to the fact I always prefer a heavy head high but King Louis XIII is the perfect indica. I got a nice head high and it numbed me. I have suffered from insomnia for about 6 years now and when I smoked this right before bed and woke up in the morning, I felt brand new. Exceptional and highly recommended. A well balanced strain. 5/5 for sure.

Got the 710 king pen king Louie pre filled cartridge And never tried the flower before but right of the bat pretty strong indica. After the first hit you feel it and after the second it’s going down from your head to your body. Perfect for night time and relaxation. You’ll sleep like a baby!

If one word had to describe this strain it would be POTENT. Picked up a half-gram 710 Kingpen cartridge from my local dispensary, and waited until around an hour before I usually crash to start vaping. Usually my tolerance is quite high as I prefer wax and vape cartridges to bud sometimes, however this cartridge had a quick onset which becomes noticeable after the first few waves of euphoria hit. Although it starts as a relaxing body high, the strain quickly wears you down mentally and leaves you struggling to keep your eyes open. Overall, this strain is an assured nightcap to anyone with disturbed sleep or insomnia. Four stars relates to the groggy head-feel that I felt when I woke the next morning, probably attributable to the strains high THC content, so hit lightly. Might be reluctant to use this in a social setting unless you can fight through the sleepiness.

Day 2 ,WAYYY UPPP! VERY PONTENT ,SMOOTH RELAXIN!

Just finished off the last of my $75 quarter ounce the other night; it took me about four to five weeks in my Arizer Solo vaporizer (about three times daily). I have to say I think all indica lovers should give this one a try. The effects were so strong that just one bowl of this in my vaporizer got three mildly seasoned tokers pretty high. I actually laughed quite a bit while we were watching a few Workaholics episodes that I had already seen at least eight or so times. In proper amounts it gets you very high and can make you forget all the irrelevant things going on in your life (aka stress!). On the other hand I was absolutely disgusted with the flavor of this strain while vaporizing it. I don't know if it was pesticides or some nasty products used while growing it, or maybe I just got a weird batch, but it tasted like some sort of piney diesel fuel to me. My friends didn't seem to mind it though. Also since I primarily got this strain to treat my insomnia, I'll say that it made me tired on an inconsistent basis. Some nights it could knock me out, other nights nothing. It just depends on your medical purposes I guess. Overall I think this is a nice, lazy strain that makes you feel pretty euphoric, amused, and spaced out and is probably best for night time use.

I picked up a little bit of King Louis XIII from the Spot in Pueblo West. First I must say that the smell is a little different. There's a hint of sour [think lemons] paired with overtones of the forest. Like you were drinking lemonade at a San Isabel picnic table. I consumed it through a small pipe. The first hit was great. Tastes like it smells. Musky and sour. Reading that makes it sound like a bad experience. It was great. When the high starts to come on, you feel a nice wave of relaxation. Another review likened the feeling to not wanting to move from your couch. I'd say that's pretty accurate. I ended up spending my afternoon playing guitar on my couch all day.

Picked this strain up in King Pen cartridge form- a clear beautiful liquid in encased in glass. The draw is smooth and you can get a cloud of smoke from a small pull. High comes on quick, clear headed wth amazing pain relieving effects. I hurt my ankle last night very badly, and King Louis XIII puts away those pains for later. On the come down I don't feel any drowsiness. I'm left as alert as before I smoked. Great option for pain! -Sheriff
