So King Louis XIII (not VIII as I previously thought) is the other preroll the wife and I grabbed on our Vegas trip. We asked Michelle the sales associate for a good indica and she recommended this one. The aroma was pretty good but the taste didn't quite match the nose. We both detected a perfume after taste. Nothing too terrible but noticable none the less. After taking four good rips...we decided just to finish her off and be done with it...oof...hello! That shit had us stumbling around with both of us laughing about how stoned we were. Both of us are pretty much confirmed light weights...3-4 good hits does the trick, so double that had us in another time zone. Michelle did say this tended to be a fairly strong hitting indica and she wasn't kidding. We were lit for a couple hours. Both of us enjoyed the effects even if they were a little bit over the top for us. Nice, nice, nice body high...the type where you just sit back and enjoy the feeling of your entire body buzzing. Neither of us are sure we would try this strain again. It could have been a bad cure or maybe it was stored with something it shouldn't have been but with the amount of great tasting strains out there to be sampled we would more than likely pass on it and grab something else.

Relaxing indica dominant strain. Dense nugs covered in red hairs with a sage and pine smell. Nice smooth smoke that helps me with calming down a bit and focusing on a task from having a good workout or writing up a paper for school. More of a body relax with mild head changes as far as sativa type buzz. Seems like it would be a good strain for some newer medical patients. I prefer A little more 60/40 indica heavies.

Definitely puts me to sleep, but I tend to wake up easily at like 5:30am the next morning every time, and then go back to bed and am a zombie for the entire morning.
Currently on it while writing it, its a very woody earthy indica, the oil was high quality. The smell is potent and the high was very calming and euphoric

yes yes yes!! i can sleep through the night! i love this one.
This has quickly become my favorite. In Tucson, Blooms, is ~23% THC. The first time I smoked this, I giggled like it was 1976 again. A newbie I am not. It's like getting a magic finger massage. Flexeril, Baclofen; no contest. I have severe, chronic, constant muscle spasms that never let loose, until I met the King!
I don't need a day and night weed anymore. It's all about dose control. Keep it light when it's light, and you'll be alright. Dry vape; keep it low temp., under 400, and it's time to do the chores. Give him the proper respect and Uncle Louis won't put you to sleep. Truly one hit weed when lit. This is my answer for the most economical buzz for the buck- in Tucson, and it's a great buzz, massaging both body and mind. The folks at Blooms are pretty cool too.
Holy shit balls, I am so baked right now. I only took 2 hits and the effects swept over me like flies at a BBQ. it came out of nowhere. But this is nice. My body is very relaxed but I am able to get up and do stuff. I made a delicious dish with hot Italian sausage, onions, pigeon peas, bell peppers, and squash. Holy fucking shit this is one of the best high influenced meals I have ever made!
So yeah... I may be high, but I can tear it up in the kitchen! Thank you King Louis VIII!
Now that I am well nourished, I just want to chill.
I am off of medical leave and able to start seeing my chiropractor again so I was sore from my last 2 adjustments. This stuff right here has my freshly cracked back feeling loose. I can actually move around without the tight soreness in my shoulder blades or lower back. Score!!!
I am currently looking at my man like he is prey... Might see how much energy I have now that my body is feeling nice and limber. So much for chilling. Time to go save a horse and ride a cowboy. Aye!
King Louis VIII, you have impressed me kind sir.
Perfect if you want to get obliterated and then pass out. Getting anything done after smoking this would be impossible. Stress & anxiety melt away and then you're unconscious! Perfect.
