Orange Cookies reviews

I just picked this strain up from NugLife in southern California. Immediately after opening it I got a huge wave of sweet Citrus smells. The buds were nice and dense, the largest measuring about 2 inches long and an 1 1/2 thick. Taste was not as potent as expected, but was still good with hints of sweet oranges that lingers for about a minute after exhale. The high was mostly clear headed with a very cerebral buzz initially, and about 30 minutes in I was feeling light body relaxation. Unfortunately i get headaches fairly easily, and this strain gives me some very uncomfortable pressure in the back of my head every time i smoke it. I'm not sure if it's the strain or the quality that's causing the pressure but i noticed when smoked it does crackle quite a bit, I'd say more than I've ever experienced (could be a sign of poor flushing prior to harvest?). Overall a decent strain, though there was nothing about the high that stood out as great. If I didn't get a headache it would be rated higher but it kinda kills it for me!

Smells exactly like orange cookies would! Great red hairy sativa dominant flower. This strain made me feel productive, creative, and had a calming cerebral effect with the notorious sativa headache finish. Purchased from Oregrown in Bend, OR.

Wonderful smell, wonderful all around strain. Normally GSC is a very heavy indica with all the effects but the cross of Orange Juice helps bring you back on the sativa side and overall a fun, beautiful one, and the smoke and smell is just like an citrus candy shop. Great smell (like Orange Crush soda) with a strange taste. Heady effect, a little bit like your head's floating on a string. Good for hanging out but plan to be easily distracted.

Good Strain For: Relaxing, or when you have a meeting or something you dont want to attend but have to, smoke some og before and it will take you to another place.
