Migraine pain 4-5; nausea 9 when I medicated round 2100 or so? Takes bout 5-10 to start kicking in. Pain/nausea gone. No anxiety/paranoia (must for me). Body high allowed me to pass the hell out which was desperately needed! Head high happily numb. What a wonderful way to end an evening! I'd highly recommend for nighttime/bedtime use for pain/nausea/anxiety.

Note, I am a total lightweight and take what are apparently considered itty-bitty hits. So, I always double-check descriptions on other sites, and it's recommended for evening, though it's apparently not a popular strain, and I don't know why. This is stunning in its ability to calm my shit FAST. I have severe bipolar disorder, with a nasty side of anxiety. If I start to have a panic attack and I smoke just a little, it will seriously smash the attack. I'm in a depressive episode right now, and while I'm medicated, those don't do much for pain, muscle spasms and don't really pull me out of bad thought processes. Ogre finishes the job the pills don't. I'm not breaking down crying, the aches and pains seem to vanish. I've seen that it isn't recommended for new or novice smokers, but I'm a new smoker and found it to be just fine if taken carefully. It has a mind high that I didn't expect from an indica that relaxes and uplifts almost instantly. This is very closely followed by a light body buzz that will crush minor aches and pains. I can take a nap if I want, or I can stay up if I want to or have to. It won't knock me cold, so it's not the best for insomnia, and it doesn't do as well as others for muscle spasms. The munchies aren't too bad, which is always nice for someone watching the waistline.

It has a nice relaxed high that puts me in a good mood. It helps with nausea pretty good, but it doesn't have the hunger causing effect as much as other strains I've had. For me, I have to take this in a safe place, like my home, cause if I go out while high on this, I get paranoid like I'm gonna get busted or something. I would suggest doing this one at home.

Ogre is a mind-melting awesome cross of two of the best kushes (Master Kush and my all-time favorite, Bubba Kush) and it certainly looks like it. The smell is quite unique, with a strong smell of lemon, leaving the traditional piney Kush smell just in the background. What makes this strain truly great is not just its genetics and aroma/flavor profile, but it's high. The potent body and mind high could be adequately described as a "sit down, shut up, and enjoy it"-type of high as its effects are extremely Indica-heavy and while it can enhance any activity and alleviate nearly any ailment, there has just never been a better strain for insomnia. Its sedative effects are truly something to be respected and not something to treat with a careless attitude. Overall, this strain is fantastic and if you're an indica-lover you cannot go wrong with Ogre (also called 12th Man Down in WA).

Holy Heavy Hitter!!! (Be sitting down for this one.) Ogre at Medicine Man smells soooo sweet and smooth. It smells and tastes like the most wonderful Kush with a potent Grape, maybe even blueberry! Either way this has to be my favorite! The effect is so Strong. A very heavy indica with serious medicinal value, stopping cramps, pain, and nausea with more efficiency than modern medicine can provide or explain!
