Northern Lights reviews

Picked up 4g for $26 at Canabliss Portland. Great knockout strain. Puts me right to sleep every time. However, I feel it's a little "unrefined" I always wake up a little too dehydrated for my liking and it gives me really dry mouth and dry eyes, sometimes a little hazy in the morning too. I personally look for a knockout strain where I can wake up feeling refreshed the next morning. I probably won't pick up again but I'll defiantly be on the look out for hybrids containing Northern Lights as there is a ton of potential here. -internetuser

Ehh. Three stars is generous. This is a mild one. It's always caused me paranoia since I smoked it 10 years ago, and it's such a lightweight that it's paradoxical. Being that I smoke nothing but the heaviest and most potent flowers; this strain has me feeling dumb, slow and useless —like mids but with a mellow relaxation that is negated by the racing effects of this "indica".

Highly.... Recommended. Lovely flower. I guess I enjoy Thai and Afghani flowers because I only recently tried Northern Lights and Cherry AK-47 and love them both and they seem pretty similar to me. Great hybrids. Light smoke, Strong effects. I typically prefer Sativa strains. Jack, Super Silver Haze. But I feel like Northern Lights has a good sativa kick to it. I tried a gram of it and knew I had to have an eighth.

Easily my favorite strain so far, gave me a few awesome nights. This is absolutely a strain that I would suggest to pretty much anyone that likes to smoke from time to time. Very nice taste that really stood out. My current go to strain!

another of my favorites, the one is a legend in my book. i remember scoring a quarter at my first dead show. great dense buds, covered in crystals, with an amazing funk of pine and earth. this is one of those strains that is truely a legend, and a must try.

Sweet, sweet peace of mind, like a cool night under a clear sky full of guardian angels. Of all the stress relief assurances with respect to cannabis, this is the one that consistently keeps it's promise. The description in Leafly's Strain Highlights captures it perfectly in my opinion: "...pacifying the mind in dreamy euphoria. Comfortable laziness allows patients to relieve pain and sleeplessness, while its mellow contentment roots out depression and stress."

This strain is my absolute favorite. The taste is amazing. Its super strong so be careful

I’ve always been Team Indica, when I smoke all I wanna do is eat, listen to music, and watch some TV. My sister was the one who told me about Northern Lights, and for over a year I asked every dealer I met if they had any. I finally came across some while attending college in Vermont. After lighting it up, I felt its effects before I could even exhale. The high went straight to my face, it gives you that tingly/numb feeling that just makes you smile without even noticing it. While most Indicas make me want to move to my bed, grab a snack, or turn on a movie, Northern Lights didn’t even allow me to get out of the bean bag chair I was in. My favorite strain of all time, just wish it was easier to find.
