We need a new Leafly page for Leafs by Snoop's Northern Lights Softest/Spongiest to the touch of all 8 L.B.S's Strains of Flower. Aroma is very understated for a LBS flower (most the others strains are surprisingly aromatic) Breakup is very promising Cured just right, velvety in this case Pain relief after 1st hit !!! it takes 1-2 seconds to feel it (very unusual to feel true pain relief that instantly) It surprisingly takes a long time to finish a regular sized bowl Inhale is harsh yet Exhale is very smooth I'm shocked that Northern Lights feels like a Sativa and makes me wanna talk like a Thai Hooker (Usual Suspects fans are allowed to get this joke) I wouldn't call it paranoia so much as slight nervousness or a caffeine effect This is no pure Indica that I'm aware of. Blindfolded, I'd never guess this as 100% Indica I'm surmising that this strain originated at lower elevations at warmer temperatures than other Indicas (making it spongier) and giving it Sativa effects I do believe it's THC is easily over 20% because it feels that high but I do wish it worked even better for severe pain (Wishful thinking perhaps) However I did notice that it provided a burst of instant pain relief on the first drag so... This strain is better suited as a QUICK PAIN RELIEVER and then you stop before any nervousness sets in. Think of it's primary use as a pain reliever like a 100m dash and not a marathon I am recommending this to adult "Rec" users who know good stuff, and don't want to spend money on crap, and aren't a fraidy cat like me when it comes to super potent strains, and to anyone needing to win a bar bet about whether or not all pure Indicas make you sleepy And I'll encourage us Med patients to keep a gram or an 1/8th handy for it's "One Hit Wonder" power But remind them that this strain is unlike most Indicas and if you are "little pigs prone" and the big bad wolf appears don't say I didn't warn you But hey maybe smoking a pure Indica with Sativa dominant effects is what all the cool kids are doing these days

Northern Lights #5 is a world famous pure Indica originating in Holland. It is a top winner of many cannabis awards worldwide. Due to high THC concentration Northern Lights #5 is extremely potent and never fails to deliver an overwhelming body buzz. Its genetics are found in many good hybrids worldwide. Being one of the most potent Indicas, Northern Lights induces instant, powerful and long lasting body buzz and is one of the best natural pain relievers known, with strong pain relief effects.

My girlfriend and I smoked some at night while i was driving. We both noticed that colors from thing like traffic lights and sign where very bright. I like the way it tastes but it makes me cough a little more than adverage and makes my mouth really dry, but nothing that a copious dr. pepper cant fix.

One of the "Greats" LMAO, this one is always a nice one to get or grow. With so many crosses with this one its no wonder its one of the "Greats". Most of the crosses are great too. The N.L. #5 is also a good one that is crossed a lot. Overall a keeper and a solid A.

What an amazing strain to unwind with. I smoked a half gram joint of this to help me top off my Friday evening. After half a bag of chips and far too much entertainment from infomercials I was able to peel myself slowly from the couch and made it to my bed for some much needed sleep. My bed felt it was made from a million tiny naked angels wrapping me in a warm blanket of awesome. 9 hours later I emerged from my euphoric sleep state only to find nothing more than a stoner alone in his bed with no trace of angelic nudity to be found. Needless to say I enjoyed the hell out of Northern Lights and think you will too!

This strain was very nice with a great taste and great initial high. Very good strain to have for restless nights as it put me right to sleep as I came off the high.

I tried this strain about 5 months ago. I didn't know what to expect. I am a relatively new smoker and I was pretty neutral when I went into this experience. I can best describe this to you by imagining you are doing backflips through the clouds at 10,000 feet. You'll get hiiiigggghh as fuck. I mean you WILL see northern lights. I was borderline hallucinating after taking 2 big hits. I am a lightweight, mind you. I think the same effect could be had by any veteran with a 3rd big toke. If I could find some more northern lights I would jump on it again. Unfortunately it is hard to find in my area. I will say this. This strain is extremely numbing and anesthetizes you. If you want to sleep like a fucking baby, this is the weed. At least for me. I will also remind you that this weed makes you want to be extra lazy. I personally am a fan of sativa strains for their energy inducing and creativity inducing experiences. But if I had to choose one indica, it would be northern lights. P.S. I was so relaxed one day, I laid in bed after smoking, tried to push out a fart and I shat all over myself. That's how relaxed I got. Hope this helps.
