Strain: Funfetti (Cherry Pie /Secret Cookies cross -- Heavy Indica leaning Hybrid) THC: 20.46% CBD: 0.07% Grower: Resin Ranchers Location found: Collective Awakenings Date purchased: 3.22.16 Price: $25 an ⅛th Weight: 3.5g Method of Consumption: Herb Iron and small bong Smell: Purple, like out of grape drink. Straight up purple smell with hints of Kush, GDP and fruity highlights. When I put the scissors to it, the room was nearly assaulted by this smell...all this from a .33g nug being taken out of a jar and crosscut! Look: Beautiful. Purple (genetics not temperature manipulation), tight dark orange hairs and it is frosted. Not a light coating either! In good light, I saw the kif dumping off the nugget as I cut it up. Dense, ultra dense buds, trimmed to the point I have never had a sugar leaf from Resin Ranchers! A little dry but frankly it does not matter one bit to me. This is what cannabis that is done right looks like. Instant knowing without having to consider much else. Taste: I normally stay away from the purple strains but this one I seek out. It almost seems to be all Animal Cookies (the Secret cut) and then the flavor alters as I go. Purply, Kush, with herbs, flowers, fruit and berries together; mashed in a barrel like grapes for wine. It is a newer strain and it tastes like a classic. It reminds me of electronic music hitting a classic song better than the original. Hard to find sometimes but worth the trip. Recommendation for medicine: Slow your day down or stop your night. It can be a show stopper, the sit you down and let you think before you pass out strain for you. It is very powerful at 20%+ THC. One hit and it is on that takes a little out of the sails gently and one does not even seem to know it. Time to go contemplate about life!

My new favorite strain. Cherry Pie packs quiet the punch in this Secret Cookies/ Cherry Pie combination. The bud structure leans toward the cookie side, very dark in nature but the trichs message cover this darker colored bud. The smoke was inutially very fruity while still giving off a strong cookies exhale, reminding you of its notable lineage. Affects lean towards the indica side. Often stuck on the couch while feeling very euphoric. What a punch.

Amazing relaxing and happy strain. I usually get some level of anxiety or paranoia from smoking, but overcome it because I like the other effects. This strain left me feeling amazing and I slept like a baby 30 minutes later...highly recommended!!!

Densely packed nuggets of purple and green leafs entrenched by orange canals of pistils with large trichomes. It looks like a zebra, if a zebra was green and purple and a flower. A very distinct strain that can be identified just by sight alone. It could be considered the black and white cookie of marijuana without the upset stomach. Pleasant mix of Pine and Earth mixed with dark cherry. It is not a strong smelling bud so it makes for easier storage with less of an after smell if stealth is an issue. Taste like it smells (pine,earth and cherry) but with a stronger earth taste with a strange but pleasant dark cherry aftertaste. After a couple of drags the earth taste is overcome by the dark cherry and becomes quite a smooth smoke. No coughing felt and I cough on many strains. First effects kick in at the 10 minute mark but fully set in around 30 minutes after consumed. A clear high centered around the entire head with little effect on vision. I was able to focus on many difficult tasks and get some things I had put off finally done. Uplifting with a strong sense of contentment, this strain is great for getting up and moving. Less psychedelic and more opiate in nature, this strain has wonderful analgesic properties that work well with inflammation. Rounding up for the sake of stars, I give this strain 4 out of 5 stars. It wont blow any seasoned smokers socks off, but it is a pleasant smoke that would be a great intro strain for newcomers to marijuana. This would also be a great strain for those who like outdoor activities like hiking, biking or water sports.

Hands down, one of the BEST buds I've ever smoked. No matter if its from a joint, a pipe, or a bong - the taste is always delicious, the high comes on quick, and the effects leave you relaxed, happy, and all around in a damn good mood. 10/10 will buy again!! Warning: I would NOT recommend this for first time smokers. Grade A weed like this might produce too intense of a high for those with low tolerance and therefore should be sought moreso by long term connoisseurs.
