Great as a nighttime relaxant, has really helped me with my migraines, anxiety and sleep.

This did exactly what the name would suggest. Great if all you want to do is zone out and make the pain go away.

Calms me. mild flavor. I would say it makes you feel like (you have had enough beers that you are calm and if you drink more you will hot the hyper stage.)
