After my Dr. told me that the next medication to try for my continuous back spasms was Valium, I said Absolutely Not. My goal is to get off my current pharmaceutical muscle relaxers. So, since Oregon now allows recreational marijuana sales, I decided on Cannatonic for the CBD effects.( 7% THC, 16% CBD) is the strain offered by our local shop. Light buzzy head but fully functional. No spasms now for the past three days, a new record and no need for muscle relaxer meds. I gave it four stars as at first, it was not alleviating the spasms and I still need to rely on the rx, but it's been improving with daily usage so I'm treating it like medication and taking a hit two to three times a days even if I'm not having symptoms. Fingers crossed this works, so far, so good.

If you're looking for a high CBD strain to reduce anxiety, try to find some Cannatonic at a dispensary. It doesn't get you baked, but it gives you a nice buzz on top of a relaxed mood. It helps with stress A TON. But If you're looking for weed that'll give you a regular high, you'll probably think this strain is crap. It's a good shit, just know what to expect

Purchased from Tilray dispensary. I know evil corporation blah, blah, blah, I've heard it all before. Quality was exceptional, dense, sticky well dried full flowers. Packaging from Tilray is also very nice with the zip type bag; but it is not scent proof, not related to this product but I also ordered some Bubba Kush and I could smell it clean through the shipping box, the Purolator guy thought he was delivering a dead skunk, lol. On the topic of smoking I, smoked it in a joint and it is one of the smoothest smoking flowers I've ever experienced. No throat burn, no coughing just smooth piney tasting enjoyable smoke. With regard to physical effect I felt very relaxed, limbs feel slightly heavy when stationary and floaty when ever I reach for something, mouth got slightly dry, cheeks are slightly flushed. I'm fully functional but I wouldn't get behind the wheel of a car or operate a crane or something. Pain relieve was experienced after about 10 minutes, this was based on a dose of 1/2 a gram. I have a Spinal Cord Injury, which causes pain down both legs and up one arm. Currently the pain which is usually quite intense has been tamed to a dull throb and I'm able to move in all directions without aggravating my condition. I'm very pleased with the performance of this strain and recommend it to anyone suffering from nerve related pain.

I love this strain! My first foray into high CBD strains, and I've found the one for me. Really relaxing effects while giving you enough energy to meet the day. Anxiety? Gone! Stress? Gone! If you see this out there grab it.

Great low key and high CBD strain for those still new to weed. Really enjoyed this, although as I was on my third and fourth time of trying it, noticed I had to pack more to feel the same. It's a low key high-- no pointless giggles or memory issues, but still relaxing. No couch lock or munchies.
