Fizz on the tip of my tongue after every sweet berry flavored puff on this sparkly purple flower. No complaints at all on this strain just maybe a heads up that it is hard to keep around. Visually unique being a darker purple hue that glistens with crystals makes for appealing eye candy. Curiosity easily can lead to handling the flower which puts out a light honeysuckle mixed with baby diaper dookie odor growing considerably stronger with fondling. Of course once the old factory senses of any pothead is engaged with such dank splendor a tasting is sure to follow. With such a mellow dreamlike high that isn't so heavy on the eyelids it is beyond easy to make Black Cherry Soda an all day, every day, all the time strain. Love that fizzy feeling in my tongue, maybe it is psychosomatic, but I like it ❤

While it is a hybrid, it feels much more sativa oriented than indica. Won't knock you out, on the contrary I've found it to waken me up and give a mild boost of energy. Body high is a little weak but the head high is great especially if you are somewhat active and doing something social.

This strain caught my attention right away in the jar,never seen anything quite like it... Very dark and dank. Had to get a whiff, really does smell like black cherry soda! Had to test her out at this point and yeah it tastes just like it too. High was very relaxing and enjoyable. Not a fan of getting totally blown away, a few puffs set me straight and had me feeling great. Nice indica/sativa balance. I have a clone waiting for me, can't wait to grow it : ) not a gimmicky strain, I was very impressed.

Definitely had the giggles after smoking this strain. I was very social & talkative. The downside for me was the paranoia & anxiousness but it didn't overtake my high. Overall I was in a very happy uplifted mood.

I've purchased Black Cherry Soda from Gaia on two separate occasions. The first batch I got was the best bud I've ever smoked in over 20 years of smoking. Apparently, it's their most popular strain and I understand why. Amazing relaxation, but no couch lock. You can go to sleep or stay awake. No cerebral jolt but plenty of euphoric happiness. It was sex in a bottle. The second batch I got, it felt like it was harvested too early. It got me high, but it wasn't like that first batch of magic. 1st round I give a 6 out of 5, second round gets a 2.5 out of five. Everyone has commented on how gorgeous this strain is, and I agree. Rich purples woven throughout deep greens - it looks like a beautiful abstract artwork. I hope it gets back to where it first was.
