this is the first sativa strain i have ever smoked. it was really good and fun. chinese food is really good with this strain lol. over all it was my best experience.

from a grower's standpoint, Barney's Acapulco Gold is quite nice, from seed, to curing, to enjoying. Outdoors this sativa can grow massive colas. In terms of quality, it's sativa haze with a splash of indica. Calming happy feeling? Yes, and more. Fresh up high that will enhance most situations.

I picked up some of this Acapulco Gold while I was in Vegas and it is still to this day the highest THC I have ever seen any flower have at over 36%!!!! I almost didn't believe it. Small buds I would say about a quarter the size of a quarter and these buds are covered and a yellow dust it looks like Sandman's dust very dreamy looking. A little bit goes a long way and the more you do it the more you feel happy and you can actually focus on what's important rather than becoming distracted from what you are supposed to be doing. Acapulco gold has always been a favorite of mine ever since the first time of taking it when I was introduced to cannabis for my ailments. It's generally good to take this after lunch simply because it's a nice mellow that introduces the rest of the day to you without becoming energize and so energetic that you can't sit down for five seconds. smoking this now in my pax vaporizer. looks dark and at first not to attractive. almost like brown reggies. (regular)..but...at first hit you get a spicy pine flavor and a nice hit that made me cough for the first five hits..very strong great lung expansion ..felt great nice head..numb..and tingly.

Acapulco Gold is thus far my favourite all-time Sativa strain. It has a very unique taste and smell, and the buzz is extremely cerebral and uplifting, a favourite morning strain. When it's in stock at my dispensary it doesn't last long.
