The Citrus Cheese from Apollo Grown has a gorgeous light blonde look with a borderline cracker like consistency. Like most excellent crumbles, the Citrus Cheese has that classic, earthy, spicy, sweet aroma, but when you smear the crumble between your fingers, the more subtle terpenes are unlocked and make themselves known. Sweet, and cheesy through and through.
