Granddaddy Purple reviews

I'm a bedtime smoker. I usually gravitate towards the indicas for their relaxing, heavy, and sleepy effects. I picked up this strain for the first time and it for sure is Top 5 material. The best description I can think of is feeling hugged and supported in a chill cloud by GDP.

great night time strain I've had this strain from a few different locations here in my city. take caution if your an inexperienced patient. to much and you might find your self not wanting to get up off the couch. smell I got a hint of berry bit of earthy. first light and inhale. I picked up more of a earthy flavor. overall a good strain for someone whom suffers from insomnia.

I smoke a bit of this before bed, and me normally bouncing off the walls at the thought of sleeping, can actually reliably sleep now and not move. A++ Indica ~

I have PTSD which causes panic/anxiety attacks with depression. I have tried a few others and they did not work too well and a couple even caused an anxiety attack. But this one works like a charm. Usually will take a couple of hits when I get home from work and can feel the stress go away and my mood improves. Will make you a little sleepy though but not too bad.

GDP is my all-time favorite. I keep going back to it. Flavor is great as well. The way I feel is special, like butterflies are carrying me to a better place (butter place?!) heavy arms wide grins slow eyes total relaxation

Five Stars. These deep purple buds where picture perfect manicured and frosted over lightly. The smell is dense and heavy at the crack of the jars seal but mellows down quickly. The well known smells of grapey sweet berryness ride through you nose and sits on your tongue. It's a beautiful flower all around. The buds brake down nice and burn smooth. The smoke is dense and the aroma is similar to the flower aroma and is more pungent in the air. I wanted to fade away into sleep but was at a friends so I had to work to keep my eyes open. I also got hungry on this flower. It worked well for my pain and insomnia. I would highly recommend GDP to people who struggle with insomnia, apatite loss, depression, stress, anxiety, pains, illness etc. I'd also have to say it's not a daytime smoke.

A very nice and heavy Indica....pain relieving, relaxing and great for sleep. That is what I need it for and that is what it does in a very big way.
